Vinegar tips - Salad dressing made with vinegar

If you are having salad, but are out of salad dressing, mix two tablespoons of vinegar with one-tablespoon dry red wine and shake well.

Alternatively, you can mix the vinegar with olive oil and it tastes just as well.

Another salad dressing recipe is to add a teaspoonful of clover honey, with a tablespoon of vinegar, to a teaspoon of olive oil. Mix it together and serve over salad greens. To make a larger batch try, mixing 1/4 cup vinegar, 1/4 cup corn oil, and 1/8 cup honey.
