The vinegar reduces the blueness and speeds up the healing process.  If you are someone that gets cold sores and hate using the awful medicine it takes to heal them, then try this.  As soon as you feel the first tingling signs of a cold sore, apply vinegar to the area and keep reapplying three or four times.  This may sting a little at first, but this means that it is working.  After that, use Vaseline to soothe the area.  If you apply this at the first signs of a cold sore, this will prevent the cold sore completely.

Remedies
If you have itchy burning skin because you suffer from hemorrhoids, try some vinegar for fast relief.  Use a cotton ball or cloth soaked in vinegar and dab on the affected area.  If you find that using full strength vinegar does not agree with you, then mix it with some water.  If you have a wart on your hand or foot, then try soaking the area in warm apple cider vinegar for fifteen minutes a day for two weeks.  This may take a little longer than other methods, but it does work.  You can also get rid of warts by applying a lotion of half cider vinegar and half glycerin.  Apply this daily to the warts until they dissolve.  If you want faster results, then try this suggestion.  If you soak pennies in vinegar until the vinegar turns green, and you give your wart a bath in the green vinegar every night, your wart will be gone within a week.
