Hiccups seem to come at the most inopportune time but you could get rid of them quick and easy.  Mix a glass of warm water with one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.  Sip this mixture very slowly and your hiccups will fade away.

An unsettled stomach caused by eating too much, gas and etc. can be calmed down by sipping a glass of very warm water mixed with one tablespoon of honey and one tablespoon of vinegar.  By sipping this mixture quietly and slowly you will resolve an upset stomach and ease the up rise of gas so you will be feeling one hundred percent better in no time at all.

If you have a tired or sprained muscle soothe the pain by wrapping the troubled area with a towel that was soaked with apple cider vinegar.  Hold the towel on the area for three to five minutes and repeat this process as necessary.  You could also add a dash of cayenne pepper to the vinegar for an extra special relief.  Before you know it your tired or sprained muscles will be free of pain and discomfort.

Vinegar can help heal many illnesses and sicknesses so keeping a bottle of vinegar close to or in your first aid kit for an effective, economical and all natural way of curing.
