If you own a house that has the cast iron radiators then you know how important it is to keep the valves clean and free of debris so that they function properly. To keep these valves clean and in working order boil a pot with a solution of equal parts of water and apple cider vinegar. Boil the valves for about twenty minutes. After boiling for twenty minutes in the solution made up of apple cider vinegar and water take the valves out of the water and bake them in the oven until they are dried out. To see how effective this apple cider vinegar and water solution works at cleaning out your valves then take a look at the bottom of the pan that you had boiled them in. Now your radiator valves will be clean and working properly for the heating season.
Grass and weeds have a way of popping up in areas such as cracks in the sidewalk, driveway areas, under porches and other odd areas.
