The burnt smell seems to linger around for days if not weeks but with the use of vinegar the burnt smell can be gone in as little as twenty-four hours.

Simply take a piece of white bread and place it on a plate. I found out that I could have both an odorless house and a fresh clean scent. All you have to do is place a bowl of vinegar on the coldest side of your room then on the warmer side of the room place a candle or an oil warmer. Doing this will pull in the pleasant scent and at the same time will remove any unpleasant odors that is lingering in the room so you can see that with this process you can have an odorless room with a clean fresh scent.
