Vinegar tips - Apple cider vinegar and Asthma

Apple cider vinegar and Asthma

One tablespoonful of apple cider vinegar added to a glass of water should be taken in sips for half an hour. After a further half an hour has elapsed the treatment should be repeated.

The wheezing should lessen in intensity quite considerably. However, should wheezing still persist a second glass of the same mixture should be taken. Deep breathing exercises are also a beneficial treatment.

Asthma suffers can also be helped by combining the advantages of acupressure with the benefits of apple cider vinegar. Use a wide rubber band to hold gauze pads, which have been soaked in vinegar, to the inside of the wrists. (Not too tight)
